Best Day with Larry Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”) acts as an independent travel advisor. We arrange travel services on your behalf through third‑party suppliers, including cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”).
We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these Suppliers. All travel components are subject to each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies.
💳 2. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made and confirmed by the Supplier.
Availability, promotions, and special offers may change at any time without notice.
Currency fluctuations, tax changes, fuel surcharges, and Supplier adjustments may affect final pricing.
A quote does not guarantee availability or price until booked and confirmed.
🧾 3. Payments & Authorization
By providing a credit card or payment information, you authorize Best Day with Larry Travel to process payments with the appropriate Supplier(s) on your behalf.
Some Suppliers require immediate payment; others require deposits. Payment schedules will be communicated during the booking process.
Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
📄 4. Documentation & Traveler Information
You are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, passport details, and any other required information.
You are also responsible for ensuring you have the proper documentation for travel, including but not limited to:
Valid passport (with required validity)
Visas
Health certificates
Entry requirements for your destination
Failure to meet documentation requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued.
🧳 5. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Policies may include coverage for:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Travel delays
Supplier default
Declining travel insurance means you accept full responsibility for any financial loss that may occur.
🚢 6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All changes and cancellations are governed by the Supplier’s policies, not Best Day with Larry Travel’s.
Cancellation penalties may apply immediately after booking.
Some bookings are non‑refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by the Supplier.
Our planning or service fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable.
We will assist you in navigating Supplier policies, but we do not control their decisions.

Airline schedules, aircraft, and routes are subject to change at any time.

Missed flights due to schedule changes
Delays, cancellations, or lost baggage
Seat assignments or upgrades
Airlines are solely responsible for their services.
